The Medical Workforce Advisor will deliver the day to day operational functions for Doctors in Training as well as assisting the Senior Medical Advisor and the Medical Workforce Team Leader with a variety of medical workforce related projects.

Summary • The postholder will be a member of the Estate Services Department. • The postholder may be required to participate in a 7 day rota shift to meet the needs of the service. The shift system may be inclusive of public, bank and statutory holidays. The postholder may be required to work occasional overtime to meet the needs of the Service. • There is also the possibility of suitable candidates joining the On Call rota as part of the role • The postholder will be required to carry out maintenance routines in line with his/her training and experience as and where required within the Trust. • The postholder will be expected to undertake a wide range of maintenance work in the mechanical and plumbing disciplines which shall be in keeping with his/her training and/or experience and undertake any closely related electrical tasks associated with this work.
