Sophie is an absolute pleasure to work with. She maintains a professional attitude but is friendly and approachable, going above and beyond to ensure everybody’s needs and requests are met. Sophie works hard and is understanding, resolving issues quickly whilst being a great problem solver should they arise. Her communication regarding shifts and availability cannot be flawed.
