Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Starting: ASAP

Duration: 1 week trial and then to be longer term if all goes well    

Hours: Monday – Friday shifts mostly from 07:45 – 15:35, but can sometimes by 10:30 – 18:30 as well = 37.5hpw

Location: Battersea, South West London

Closest Station: Battersea Park or Queenstown Road

Pay: £11.68ph PAYE Inclusive of Holiday Pay

Duties:

1. Meeting and greeting patients
2. Answering phone calls and email correspondence 
3. Booking appointments 
4. Processing new patient registrations 
5. Dealing with prescription requests 
6. Keeping the reception area tidy 
7. Logging patient details 
8. Administration support for the managers and clinicians
