Your World Nursing are on the hunt for soft-hearted, kind, and empathetic nurses to join our exceptional family of RGNs in Poole General Hospital and Royal Bournemouth Hospital. An ideal candidate will conduct themselves professionally and be proactive when working as part of a team, they will be willing to go above and beyond to provide the best care to their patients.

Some of your main duties will include:

• Taking responsibility to carry out our required planned, direct patient care to a high standard without direct supervision by established nursing procedures.
• Organising workloads efficiently and being able to work as part of a team. 
• You will be expected to administer medications and treatments as prescribed in accordance with the NMC's policies and guidelines. 
• Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures. 
• You will provide emotional and psychological support for patients and carers.
