You will be best suited to this role if you are confident in your ability to provide a high standard of care to all children and young people accessing the service. You would also be adaptive when working within the team and have a friendly, approachable demeanour, outstanding communication skills, high levels of emotional resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
