Specialist Occupational Therapist

Your World is currently looking to place a Band 6 OT with UK experience into a locum role in Portsmouth.

Based in a fantastic Recovery Team in Portsmouth, this position is ideal for an OT who needs a new challenge and wants to take their career to the next step. This position comes with the added bonus of working alongside an experienced team of healthcare professionals. 

Are you the right OT?

• The post holder is responsible for the provision of a high-quality Occupational Therapy service, ensuring that the service delivered meets Trust and professional standards and develops in line with Government, Clinical, Professional, and local guidelines.  They have responsibility for formulating intervention plans and delivering specialist individual and group work interventions for a caseload of clients with complex needs. They will be required to deputise for the Clinical Manager and/or OT Lead and provide cover for the other team members as necessary.

Requirements

• Full OT qualifications
• HCPC registration
• UK Occupational Therapy experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
