Locum Community Mental Health OT

Get ready for a challenge, this position is perfect for someone who can start on 04/12/2023 with pay of £26.00 - £30.00 P/H on a locum basis.

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

• Guildford Older People Community Mental Health Team is based at The Larches in Guildford. The Community Mental Health Team for Older People support people who are over 65 with functional mental health conditions or dementia. 
• Your role within the team would be to provide high quality occupational therapy assessments, individual and group interventions and support the wider health and social care system in understanding the occupational needs of service users and their families/carers. 

The successful candidate must have the following criteria:

Requirements:

• HCPC Registration
• Able to drive a vehicle
• Occupational Therapy Background
