B6 Falls Occupational Therapist

Your World is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 OT for work on a locum basis. You will be joining an outstanding falls service in Lewisham.

Who are we looking for?

As a Band 6 OT, you will carry out multifactorial falls assessments and interventions, home hazard assessments, equipment assessment and provision, experience of working as a lone worker in community with older adults. 

You will be extremely understanding and able to adapt your methods to each patient's varying requirements. You must be comfortable organising your own schedule as well as working within the falls service team. 

Requirements

• Full OT qualifications
• HCPC registration
• UK Occupational Therapy experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Car driver
