Are you ready? We're looking for a highly organised, passionate and motivated individual to start on 21/11/2023 with a salary of £24 - £26 P/H.
The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
Specific Skills:
- Standard/Enhanced DBS
- OT degree or equivalent with post-grad experience
- HCPC registered
- Car driver is essential
- Use own knowledge and skills to provide support and advice to own team
- Manage own caseload of patients with complex conditions autonomously
- Ensure high quality, effective and efficient OT service
- Specialist post graduate experience
- Understanding of a broad range of Elderly care, Medical, Neurological, musculoskeletal &orthopaedic or surgical conditions
- Specialist knowledge and experience of a wide range of approaches to the management of conditions, including advanced clinical reasoning and treatment skills
- Knowledge of Clinical Governance and its implications for the occupational therapy service
- IT skills, including EXCEL, power point and e-mail
