I have worked in the Mental Health Nursing team at Your World Nursing Ltd (Your World Recruitment Group) since 2017 and have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have primarily covered Greater London and surrounding regions where I have placed countless Mental Health Nursing professionals between Bands 2--Band 10 in various NHS and Private Sector settings. Throughout my many years here at Your World, I have been well-known for placing highly-experienced RMNs in specialist Community roles across numerous Mental Health NHS Trusts where they support Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) with their services in general along with managing case-loads and prescribing etc. From the back end of 2023, I have taken it upon myself to branch out into Sussex and Hampshire with a view of growing Your World's presence in areas which most people would deem challenging, as I have always enjoyed challenging myself. In committing myself to this new endeavour, I have entered a partnership with my colleague, Bradley Deaton, who most of my workers will know us as a dynamic duo who work around the clock to provide a consistent and reliable service to both clients and candidates.
